British Council International School Award

At VBPS ,It has always been the endeavour to impart quality education to its students and equip them with essential skills to emerge as responsible global citizens. The school has registered with the British Council for the International School Award (ISA).The ISA is an accreditation framework offered by the British Council. It is a global benchmarking project that appreciates schools for their :--

The prestigious International School Award is the fruit of hard work. This program provided the students an opportunity to connect with different countries through its collaborative activities. ISA provided an exposure to rich learning experiences that helped the students to extend their learning horizons beyond the textbooks. It opened up new avenues for teachers as well as students. It has revived the thought process and developed global competencies.

Through the inclusion of an international focus, the school has been able to offer its students a range of experiences that enhanced their learning and raised their awareness of national and international identity.

The activities for ISA develop enthusiasm among students to appreciate cultural diversities. They help students and teachers to enlarge their mental horizon and walk along the path of building a united global world where acceptance, appreciation, tolerance and a host of other values automatically get ingrained into their consciousness.

International Olympiad Examinations

Olympiad Examinations help to identify a child’s capability and real potential that may help him survive better in today’s modern competitive world. They motivate students to endeavour for better and deeper understanding of scientific facts so as to enhance their reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills. They also bring out the areas lacking proficiency so that so that a proper orientation can be given to improve in that area.
